Shipping + Damages

All orders placed on are typically processed within one to two business days directly from Essence of L Medi Spa in White Rock, Canada. Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email validating the reception of your order by our team.

Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or statutory holidays. Business days are defined as “Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm” and do not include holidays and weekends.

Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the appropriate tracking information to follow your parcel. Please note that we do not ship on holidays and weekend. If you selected customer pick-up as your option, you will receive a email notification with your outdoor locker number and lock combination. Please do not re-lock them. The customer pick-up option is from our Medi Spa, in White Rock, BC. If you do not live locally, please make sure to select a shipping method.

All Canadian orders are shipped with Canada Post, while all USA and International orders are shipped out with Canada Post, but switch over to the local carrier company within your country.

During the times we experience a high volume of orders during our quartly sales or extreme weather conditions, shipments may be delayed. Thank you for your cooperation with these matters out of our control.

Essence of L Medi Spa Inc is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim with them directly.
